There is no revolutionary intelligent algorithm.


Machine vision detection is not recognized by human intelligence in the short term, because the theory related to image analysis algorithms is not yet ready.


However, machine vision detection has one of the greatest advantages compared to human eye detection, which is stability. Manual inspection by the naked eye, even if the design of a good reward and punishment system, there may be a missed detection rate, and machine vision inspection will not result in negligence caused by negligence. Therefore, the factory inspection is the most needed for stable detection. Machine vision inspection is superior to human eye detection. Even if there are special defects in the non-algorithm mentioned above, it is a small probability event, and the often occurring defect machine vision inspection can still be found.


At the same time, in terms of cost, with the development of machine vision and the downward trend of prices, it can be more popular. For now, four shifts of a general factory require four operators, and the annual cost is more than 200,000. 200,000 can almost create a machine vision.


Therefore, machine vision detection instead of human eye detection is a trend that will be more and more popular. The main reason for the current restriction is that the intelligence of machine vision detection is not enough.
