Project Name: Machine Vision Solution for Drug Packaging Box Positioning

Project requirements: There are position and angle deviation and incorrectness of drug packaging boxes on the assembly line. The robot cannot position the product correctly. In the past, manual operation was used to make the correct positioning of the packaging box, but it took a lot of manpower and affected the delivery speed. Non-contact imagery, analysis and measurement methods are required to give accurate positioning.

Solution: A camera monitoring pipeline captures images and sends them to a machine vision server. The server calculates the center coordinates of the packaging box according to the TEO coordinate vector operator (x, y) and the rotation angle of the speaker pad (α), transmits it to the PLC controller of the device through the RS485 interface of the ModBus RTU protocol, and executes the rotation angle of the packaging box. and center positioning.
